Randall Eckeberg, has not been following Comcast corporate protocol. He sends falsified invoices for bogus claims of hit lines in the Broward County Area. He tries to double dip by billing our customer, our insurance company and then our company. The bills come from his company directly and when confronted he states that he is allowed to bill directly. When Comcast corporate was contacted they stated that the protocol is for the 3rd party must contact them and bill them and in turn Comcast bills the customer. Also, the amounts to fix any coaxial cable is free according to Comcast and if a third party repairs it or a new line is thrown is $60.00.
Most of the time the cables are not buried at the correct depth, 2ft underground and most Comcast Cables are buried no more than 2 inches. When asked to provide proof of the repair or the hit cable, he cannot provide. He has also falsified a Comcast bill and sent to us by email. Randall Eckeberg is an unethical theif that is in cahoots with the South Regional office of Comcast under the direction of Ricardo Davidson, who allows this third party contractor to continuously send these falsified invoices and invoices from his company direct. He is being reported to the better business bureau and this Ripoff Report and hopefully he will no longer do business ripping off people.
