Complaint Review: Randstad - Cincinati Nationwide

The bold rebuttal above is from a pro-Randstad, "I'll f*** anyone over to advance myself" employee/employer.  Probably that (((REDACTED))) Madeleine (45 years old and pushing 60).

 3rd Shift . I agree the orientation did not end until almost an hour of work time was left on the clock. [email protected] I agree the security guards were acting very mysterious the way They always stare at Boys behind even to the males that had their shirts tucked in and pants pull all the way up they will still say pull your pants up. Also I agree with favoritism on the job the floor manager the ball head guy (Mr.Sherman) Light skin , rumors was going around sayin guy he paid for sex with many of female employees & would offer them more work hours + rides homes I witness the rides home my self + as he would costly stare assertive women all day to where they will approach me and tell me he creeps them out .

1 Employee even gave me details on how he offer her to on how to make extra money if she would be willing to come with him after work hours .Turn male employees away when they failed an complaint. Certain people were being blackmailed about not working in the mailroom saying that our chances of working here long-term jeopardy might be in jeopardize. Women supervisors constantly flirt with the males / younger males workers to witch the point in some will say (I have a wife / Girl Friend at home . I'm not interested . )The Women Supervisors would then change her attitude towards that certain male employe and make the rest of his Days of work a Living hell.

I did a three -4week report on this company site . I witness a lot of behavior that was unexcusable for company that has contracts with the IRS and US Bank and Bank staff . People were smoking marijuana in the parking lot People were given sexual favors on the clock in the parking lot . the security guards or personally picking on certain employees. I even seen a lady pull a crack pipe out her purse , went on the opposite side of the company and literally Starting smoking crack in front of my face . The people that have been their 2,3,4,5 + on up has no respect for the New people who (A thought of their Job would be taken away keeps coming up in side conversation) Bully was in attendance On the work place .

Some Males constantly trying to lure women employees and their core references them with likes of (Bottle = alcohol Trees = marijuana I even told the Male Floor supervisor that ( Mr Sherman wood ) that I see an male employees at approach his peer, a Female employees in words Quote (You have a Fat A** . You should come to my car & let me back grab , pull that hair from the back . I pay you ) The Women employed did not speak for the rest of the not . #Fact he even gave her not E.X.T for not responding back . I'm am very disappointed in the way they handle business in their company . Very unprofessional like form the IRS . You only get to see your hours that you have work one time per week .

A Bandstaff employee offer to sell me drugs on lunch brake . I also witness a Male and another Male argue all most every day for no apparent reason . I mean the guy was defending his case was a clean kut dude . On the his first day they gave him a one night option test to work in the mail room after the night was over with he returned back to his normal duties . Witch resulted in his team leader being very upset Thanks I quote you will not have no future will you go any further in life than the doors when you exit out of the building you will graduate from the school of hard knocks you are a teachers pet and for death you will not have no future upon richest .

I mean the Lady tormented him untill he had enough and realise that she is holding a personal grudge against him . It's had gotten so worst on the second day she keptharassing him about it to where he kept making mistakes in his work he could not concentrate she was constantly in his ear bring up the same conversation you would be a slave for the rest of your life since you choose not to work in the mail room. The employee reported to Mr.Sherman wood But like I said once before this is where favoritism come into play . They choose the Lady side over the Young Black gentleman he kept his composure under control for two days he could not take it anymore so we could have fun at the lady and said please do not talk to me in that type of way this is a place of business conversation like that should not be permitted you are not stopping me from making my money if I did not care about my life I will not be here at work still handling my work ) .

Still no one help the Young men untill he took maters in his own hand and made an report to the front office . He was then move to another table . Same team different table (Team D ) Getting back to where I left off about the conversations he had with the other Male employees up to date Basically the other Male employees came out and said (what you just think you better then us because you come to work wearing button downs and Every day hair freshman kutts . Your a nobody no body cares about how you live or how you look . Il beat your A** & spit in your face ) I've seen the Young Gentleman knock down plenty of insults but on the fourth day once the guy said I will spit in your face the young gentleman could not keep his composure anymore.

So he stood up and approach the other guy as if he wanted to talk to him but the guy with the foul mouth seem as if all he wanted to do was cause a Big scene & start a fight . The Gentleman did not feed into the fight momentum even another individual same as he wanted to jump on the gentleman's guy to am so as wel . So now it would be 2 vs 1 if things stay out of control any long . The security guards were watching s if they were pedestrians the only reason why one lady security guard stepped in was because While the two were talking one well presented Lady That's works for the company grab hold of the Young Gentleman as he starts to stop payin attention to the two other guys & start payin focus on her . I was very please how in the heat of the moment he knew not to disrespect the The Lady and listen to her every command It was like she had hypnosis over him .

Maybe they could of been a couple who knows . As she walks him to the main front office . The Office Official tend to let the foul mouth guy go kause Quote (I will beat your A** & spit in your face is by Law a Threat ) and the Young Gentleman was let go all because he stood up out of his seat . I was very disappointment The guy only worked their from April 2nd - April 20 . Every one on the Job was shocked he was terminated and never asked to return another words D.N.R . I've also witness people prying for him and telling him It's going to be ok . Your a Good guy God will take care of the rest . It was 2:[email protected] the Young Men had no place to go . He had to wait untill [email protected] untill public transportation started running again . The temperature outside was 40 degrees that day if I'm correct. Let me please explain to you my main points again dealing with me TALKING about MY EXPERIENCE with Randstad. I was unaware of the fact that I could not wear pants with too many pockets. My mother suggested that I should wear the pants. I wanted to dress in some nice business clothes but things took care of itself. Based on what your response is, it seems that you don't understand that I was only talking about MY experience with Randstad. I have dealt with some unprofessional employees, miscommunication, A woman stuff was stolen the minute I walked into orientation( lots of first time employees have a misunderstanding of the dres code DUE to the lack of communication) and etc. My PANTS POCKETS were cut off for security purposes. I felt uncomfortable with my job and I did not feel safe DUE to my experience during Orientation. This post is just about MY experience at Randstad and that was it. There was no problems but according to your response, everything that happened, is expected to happen with no shock what so ever. Its life and I will move on. This was a lesson for me and me alone. Regardless of those issues that I dealt with, I loved my job but hated the fact that it ended early because one of the recruiters, put me in on the project during its last week. If my recruiter COMMUNICATED WITH ME, there would have been no problems. Thank you for your response. I apologize for the misunderstanding. 

Your experiences sound so bizarre and over the top!

1. Dress Code: Everyone knows for first day job orientation, to dress nicely. Business casual will do, i.e. khaki slacks and a long-sleeved, button down shirt and nice shows.  What the heck did you wear to cause people to think you were a thief? And the part about having your pants cut off, that is so over the top.  A security guard cannot legally cut someone's pants off.

2. Employees making you uncomfortable: What? That doesn't make any sense. I have attended MANY job orientations and people are always pretty quiet and listening to what's going on in th orientation. How were you made to feel uncomfortable? Did someone have a knife or gun?

3. Security Guard and Vending Machine:  What did you expect the security guard to do? He doesn't own the vending machines! Filling out the form for the vending machine owner is all that you can do!!!! Was the guard suppose to break into the machine and retrieve your money or did you expect him to reach into his own pocket?

4. Waiting room not safe:  What? Why isn't it? Are people being robbed in broad daylight in the waiting room? Women being raped? WTF?

5. Not comfortable or safe at work: Why? Again, were there thugs with weapons walking around, threatening people? Were slashed bodies turning up? Did people mysteriously disappear?

Curious: What industry were you placed in, that all this craziness was going on?
