Randy Lyon Randall Lyon, Lyon Estate Sales, Ever Green Estate Sales The Estate Sale Liquidator sold everything in my house then disappeared! Seattle Washington
We entered into a contract for Randy Lyon to sell everything in our home. He said we had to move out of the house for 5 days prior to the sale since his insurance doesn't cover the home while the owners are still living there so we moved to our new home in another state.
Randy seemed to keep us well informed of how the estate sale went but when it came to being paid or getting our belongings back that had not sold he would not contact us. Finally after numerous calls and emails, his partner deposited a check into our account. Randy still had about $30,000 of our belonging which I had to hire another liquidator to help us thinking maybe peer pressure would work. That liquidator was able to pick up some of our valuables from the partner but not the money from 2 oz of gold he scraped plus I have no idea if he still has any of our other belongings.
His companies are not listed on the Department of Licensing site so he most likely does not have a legal business. The address he used on an estate sale website which he had used for our sale is his old address where he has not lived for over a year but I believe he still lives in West Seattle.
