This man is a con artist, and this is his new MLM project. Previously found guilty by the state of Texas w/ a penalty equaling the sum of $2,000,000; Brandon claims if you follow his methods you can make 10s of thousands of dollars a month. Brandon wants you to spend the majority of the first few months of clients you bring in on his trusted source (SEO Outsource.com) which is more than likely a reseller program he owns.
Being a SEO practitioner, it's easy to recognize his methods as grey hat at best. Spoofing traffic, backlinks and PBN to increase rankings can get your customers page stricken by Google's search algorithm FOR GOOD. Googl ehas publicly stated these methods break their guidlines, and they weill derank your sight to oblivion once they find it. Brandon has already cashed out at this point, and you are screwed!
If you don't like it, he will just boot you from his Facebook group.
