The very faceless and unsubstantiated nature of the report makes it impossible for me to defend myself in respect of any specific offense. At no time in the course of my business life have I defrauded anyone or been involved in a scam.  According to this Poster, 

1.This Nigerian runs a so called whatsapp gold group packed with scammers. 

Is owning a WhatApp group a fraudulent activity? This is a group that individual join voluntarily and are at liberty to leave. What prove has he offered to his claim that the group is "packed with scammers"? I am happy to provide Ripoff Report with a link to the said group and you are at liberty to investigate and engage with individual members of the group to find out if there is any basis for this allegation. Indeed, the group which I have name "Genuine Gold No Scam" is a rebuke of fraudulent dealers of gold and scammers. We have no room for scammers. We delete any group member who is reported to be engaged in fraudulent activities or is a known scammer. 

2. He has no real sellers and introduces potential gold buyers to these scammers. 

As a matter of fact, I have NEVER recommended anyone to any buyer or seller. This group is made up of sellers and buyers who voluntarily join and are free to engage anyone on the platform. The group does not recommend or endorse any buyer or seller and cannot be held accountable for what transpires as a result of the voluntary meeting/engagement of two willing parties. 

3 His group is packed with fraudelent African gold sellers and various people have stated that the people He introduced to them are in fact scammers trying defraud them, yet this Guy recommends them and is part of the scams being ran.:

Again, like I have stated earlier, I have never recommended any buyer or seller. The claim that I recommend buyers to sellers is without basis and therefore false and total smear on my hard earned reputation. This is clearly an attempt by a faceless individual to muddy my image and ruin my livelihood and I take this claims seriously.

MY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REDRESS.

1. Hereby request that an immediate investigation be undertaken by the owners of the RipOff Report to verify this baseless claim made by the faceless poster. I am ready to support the investigation to help you (at RipOff) authenticate the report or disprove it. I request that this investigation be initiated by within the next 3 days. If this investigation is not initiated within three days, this report should be deleted from the RipOff website and a recantation and an apology posted on the RipOff Website for this gaffe. As the owners of the website, it behooves you to ensure that appropriate/sufficient proof is offered by complainants BEFORE any claim is posted to the world. The moment your website decides to publish a baseless claim, you assume responsibility for any damage caused by such claims to the extent that you did not afford the accused an opportunity to defend himself/herself prior to the publication of the Report.

2. I have made an official report of this blackmail to Interpol and I am also seeking further advise by my lawyers on the next steps I will take if this damage to my person and livelihood is not sufficiently undone and addressed.

3. I do hope you will follow the path of logic and fix this gross damage that you have done already.
