1) The location given as:

is the same as address of virtual office service advertised here:

I do not question the fact that a web-based service may use a virtual office location for a possible site of face-to-face meetings (usually by appointment only) but listing a "prime business address" virtual office for any other purpose should be considered misleading.


2) Quick search of Rapid Filing Services LLC at:

I assume that the above individual stands behind the legitimacy of the service.

3) When you use a phrase on the priortax.com website such as "... facilities are secured by various protective devices and systems" what specific facilities are you referring to? In opinion of some that could be as well referring to a living room of the service founder.

Hi Mark,

Both addresses are valid, and I do stand behind the legitimacy of our service. Although it is proprietary information to discuss what protective devices we use and where our information is stored, I can assure you that the tax information is not stored in my living room :). We are secured with alarm systems, recording devices, and hardware firewalls. Thank you for your concerns, and I hope you change your mind and do decide to use our services in the future.
