Adam Cook, aka Adam Quenton Cooke seeks online sellers to sell computers, and advertises himself as a drop shipper. He offers a 3 year warranty on the computers. He has sellers sell on their account,  and forward the money through cashapp.

When a buyer returns the computer for warranty repairs, he keeps the computer and the money, leaving the online sellers to have to refund buyers in full through paypal. This is not his first rodeo. He had previously been removed from ebay and paypal for fraud (see feedback for seller melyov).

He has various Cleveland, OH area reports in the better business bureau and reports for doing the same thing for a period of time. He is currently working on new websites for direct sales on the web.

There are print screens saved of communications with Adam Cooke if anyone would like to see them.

There are also print screens and saved messages from the computer buyer trying to make contact over and over for over a month. I have printed and saved the UPS tracking number where the computer was sent back to Adam Cooke for repairs.

Many, many messages were sent to Adam Cooke on returning this computer to my buyer, and I have proof. Adam Cooke even admits in these messages he received the computer back, yet would NEVER give a tracking number where he sent it back - I have proof of our conversations saved. He makes up bizzare excuses for everything. It's unbelievable.

In your report you stated i stole through an ebay seller named melyov...

The ebay seller known as melyov stole about 5k in december of 2016 from me and her customers by taking orders and not sending the money to for me to process the orders.  we can provide names of customers who were affected and who "we" in turn while they were waiting to get their money back from paypal, shipped them computers on credit so they had their gifts at christmas time.

Hi, completely untrue

I think I have an idea who this is that made this claim.  I have several people who are third party agents who do dropship for me and have been dropshipping for a while now without issues.  Not to say they don't happen but it's strange when people do this without even once communicating with me.

Do we have times when a customer cheats the seller with fraud? yes. when that happens, you as a dropshipper are responsible for that, not us as a company.  You basically buy the computers from us. and you are given an invoice for that purchase.  Your customer does not buy from us, as in there is no transfererence of money from your customer to me.  You're customer buys our branded products from you, as in they transfer money to you.  When there is a return/refund, we will give a refund if a product is returned, "keywords" returned.  In your case we have  product that was never returned from you or the buyer.   You're stating we never gave the customer a computer or took it in and didn't ship back.  we shipped back to your customer TWICE on our dime because the first time he left the country, or so he stated.

What really happened is he pulled a scam that has been done dozens of times on various sites, including ebay and even my own direct website.  Asian students, or people claiming to be asian students buy high end products and have them shipped to various addresses, get them with stolen credit cards and disappear.  It's even happened to us twice.

Bottom line we can't refund an item that we haven't received back.  this is basic dropshipping 101.  We even went to the address that the person lived only to find out there's no one by that name at that address nor has there ever been anyone there by that name.

We are also not responsible for 3rd party sellers and their interactions with customers. that's like saying Whirlpool is in the wrong because Sears misrepresented their product or did something to it then sold it to a customer.
