RareDVDs ripoff, non-responsive, poor quality product, 4 month delivery, no returns Internet
My wife ordered Robin of Sherwood in July. We received it in October. After two separate reports of defective disks, the company promised to replace the set within 15 days. That was Oct. 24, it is now Dec. 22.
Repeated calls to the given phone number always go to voicemail, but the mailbox is full.
I intend to report this to the credit card company, but after all this time, I don't have high hopes.
