Rathbourne Mercantile, Ltd., aka Makaha Media Corp aka Bismark Capital Makaha Media Corp changede name to Bismark Capital in 2010 and changed name to Rathbourne Capitral Ltd in 2011 Ripped my Company with $50,000.00 USD and several hundred thousand shares of my mining stocks. Encinitas California
My mining Company was ripped off with $50,000.00 USD and severel thousand common stocks with nothing to show for. Makaha Media changed name to Bismark Capital was introduced to a Kevin Conway who became the lead person and who promised to be going back and forth in Germany to list my mining company in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After 12 months in 2010 Jim Adams quit the company who was the initial person who contacted my administrative staff. Kevin Conway took over, introduced us to a German name Robert Malasek. This time they again changed name to Rathbourne Mercantile Ltd.
From Sept. 2009, Makaha Media Corp, had changed names three times in the span of 3 years since 2009 to present. Jim Adams who initially offered my mining company a public awareness and to raise Financial Funding for our mining operation with the promise to list our mining company in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange The President Rodney Stoik signed the agreement between my CEO. The Gold Valuation was never done after the first $25,000 was taken. and the final $10,00 and $15,000 were made in December 2010.. since then Kevin Conway made all the promises on behalf o Rathbourne Mercantile Ltd. These were all broken promises and my mining company was rippede off with $50,000 cash and stocks.
In 2012, Kevin Conway nor Rodney Stoik nor Robert Malasek had stopped communicating with our company. These people should be persecuted for misleading and cheating our company for services that were not delivered after cash money was wired transfered to their comjpany's account and stocks were issued to their company Bismark Capital Inc.
These company must return the money back as soon as possible.

The allegations by Ms. Louise are false. This woman signed an engagement with our company and never followed through with payment on her end. She tried to compensate us with stock since she did not have liquid assests which was not in the original terms, however we were willing to work with her. Once we received the stock we realized it had NO value and we were not able to deposit it at any brokerage account. She insisted that it did have value and wanted us to perform duties essentially for free which we were not willing to do. At that point her contract with us became null and void. She called our office several times harrassing our employees. Her company has been investigated by the SEC for fraud. We are sorry we ever got involved with her. See links below.
