I had talked to a friend about getting a CD about finding "grants", she said she had gotten one a couple of years age and it was pretty cheap, under $5. I thought I had found the same thing, boy was I wrong!!!

I'm a single mother who is going to school full time, the only income I have right not is child support...oh I need to mention I closed my bank accounts becuase I'm going through a divorce.

Imagine my surprise when I checked the balance on my support card... $39.95 more than the $2.99 I authroized. (These grants would be something I could use to benefit my daughter with, maybe save some for college?) I never got an e-mail confirming the authorization until 4 or 5 days later, it got caught up in my spam mail. Shame on me for not checking them out but shame on them for hiding these terms and ripping off thousands of Americans.

I can guarantee that I get that same reply e-mail...from, what was his name, Ryan? Saying the exact same thing but subbing my name in for "blank".

I would like to discuss Mom's concerns with her to insure that she is taken care of. Unfortunately, without a name or an email address I cannot find her account with the necessary contact information. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Mom obviously experienced. Our policy is to never charge anyone who is not interested the membership portion of the offer. Clients simply need to follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-396-5694 and express a desire to cancel during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter as it is explained in the disclosures of the offer. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
