First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Elizabeth. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 7 days, which Elizabeth was aware of. She contacted customer service using the information provided below and canceled her services within the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends. When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". On the same web page as this button is the following statement: Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Submit" I am ordering the Grant Master CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-seven cents, after the 7-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the 14 day and 21 day bonus trials to Express Business Funding and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollar and ninety-five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY (last updated: 02/12/2007) & Terms and Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "GrantSearchAsst".To cancel call 1-866-396-5694, M - F, 9am - 9pm EST. Elizabeth, I have reviewed your account and you've only been charged for the shipping and handling of the product you ordered. We have no charges that are $1.05 and do not offer any types of gift cards as explained to you by my assistants. If you are another customer that is reading this and you feel that we have failed you in some way please call me directly at 435-773-1795 or email me at [email protected] and I would be happy to address your concerns ASAP. Sincerely, Ryan R.

You say that you were debited only $1.05? Is this correct or was more taken from your account? Did the company name reflected for this transaction on your statement identify this company or was it vague or different. The reason I ask, is this could have just been a service charge or interest charge on your credit card. Are you sure it was from this company? Even if it was, it sounds more like a fee assessed by your credit card company. Let's face it, it would be very difficult for a company to make a living off scamming $1.05 off people's credit cards.

Between March the 10th and March the 15th I received a call from Laura from Raven Media who was speaking on behalf of Ryan Rittle the owner? Laura who only gave her first name and no title said, the company does not have anything to do with the charge of $1.05 on my Visa, or the $25.00 free gift card from American Express as a thank you? Raven Media gave me a contact number at 1-800-609-6089 at extention #108 between the hours of 9:00pm to 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time. As I mention above on the call that took place on March the 5th that the representative introduce himself as Raven Media and when I mention this to Raven Media they denied again that they had anything to do with this matter? This company is not professional and they are con-artist. Laura stated that she would look into this matter although when I first sent a letter to Tony Skougard, Ryan Rittle's assistant it seems he has been replaced by Laura? They are still denying that they have anything to do with charging my Visa Credit Card without my authorization. I do not want to deal with this company further and I do not trust them with my information. I had my Visa Credit Card be replaced by another credit card number and closed the other number entirely. Please beware of your personal information.
