Being ripped off every month from ravenmedia .com. Tried to contact them and ended up talking to someone in the Philipines. Knew I was had right then!

I know I'm not alone in being rippedoff by this company. What can be done to stop these people from ripping othes off as well? All my efforts have ended up with nothing so far. Have tried to contact them by phone and in writting,with no results. Maybe you or someone who reads this can help!!!!

I would like to discuss Terry's concerns with him/her to insure that he/she is taken care of. You state that you were able to speak with someone in the Philippines and that you "Knew I was had right then!". There are many, many business that have call centers in the Philippines. Our agents there are very capable of handling any of your customer service needs. If you spoke to customer service, why didn't you ask them to cancel your account? In your second paragraph you state that you've tried to contact us by phone and in writing with no success, but you did reach our customer service department according to your first paragraph. If you come back to read this and want to discuss your accounts please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-396-5718, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
