Raven Media Entered me in 6 programs involving revolving charges, saying that they were trial offers. Las Vegas Nevada
I onle wanted a CD on Google Money Profit, which was advertised as free with $1.95 shipping. I was shown a page with a bogus username and ID that did not work and saaying that I was also starting some other trial offers. The screen showing the offers disappeared before I could save it or write down the information.
The CD arrived today with a correct username and ID for the Google/Money Profit site. The CD does mot explain that there is about a $34.95 site hosting fee. I did a live chat from the site asking for the names of the other offers I was on. I was advised to call Customer Service.
The Customer Service agent was unwilling to provide the names of the companies they had me in at first and said she could only cancel me from one of them. When I asked for a supervisor, she cancelled me from 3 more.
The four she cancelled were Google Money Profit, Grandmaster, Network Agenda and Rebate Millionaire. She also provided another toll free 800 number for Everyday Legal Forms. This number is 1-866-5129-4353.
They denied that they had enrolled me in Family Savers Club, but a charge to them appeared on my credit card at the same time. Their number is 1-800-558-0064.
The operator put me on hold for a while when I asked for a supervisor, and then stated that a supervisor was not available and would call me back. This did not happen.
I cancelled the credit card I usedd with my bank, so that they cannot make additional charges or enroll me in more offers without my knowledge.

There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the thank you page and in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Fred had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". Right next to that button is the following statement: Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Ship My FREE Kit!" I am ordering the Google Money Profit CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-five cents S&H, after the seven-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day and twenty one day bonus trials to Grant Master and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollars and ninety five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "Growing Rich W/ Google." Cancel any time at 866-396-5695. After clicking the 'Ship My FREE Kit!' button, the next screen that appears contains the offers for Everyday Legal Forms, Rebate Millionaire and Family Savers Club - these are offers that you simply have to uncheck the box if you are not interested in participating in them. Had Fred simply unchecked the boxes he would never have been enrolled in those particular programs. Unfortunately we have many accounts listed under the name Fred in Detroit, MI so I am not able to speak with Fred to verify that his account has been addressed to his satisfaction.
