While reading a report from another customer about this same company/situation, an employee of this company responded with his own personal phone number and e-mail address for customers to contact him directly so that he can resolve their issue. I phoned and e-mailed him as requested and true to his offer, he has since sent me e-mail confirmations of my subscription cancellations. Thank you [email protected] for your assistance. Even though I still there is some level of deceit on this company's part for their disclosure, I am satisfied that I have found a resolution. I hope that I will not be charged any further and that this matter is RESOLVED. I also hope that I have done the right thing by amending my initial statements. To all who may have been affected by this same company, I suggest you try to resolve it by contacting this same person as I did.
