Good old george is at it again he was sucessfuly sued in 2003 for marketing a town house complex with artificaly inflated property valuations provided by his own real estate office the supreme court ordered him to pay damages plus court and legal costs, george and his son samuel who george has been training to take over the family buissnes have been marketing a town house development in nerang with prices 40% above the market price for the area the property valuations were provided by his son samuel a licenced real estate agent but not a licenced valuer, they are being marketed by hadgelias holdings a property development company that has never developed a property hadgelias holdings shares an office with ray white paddington george and samuel are offering free return flights to the gold coast to inspect the properties, buyer beware if its too good to be true it is if george or samuel refer you to loan market paddington run to the hills loan market is also owned by hadgelias holdings as i discovered by doing a simple company search. to search the e-court files please click on the following link and type in the name hadgelias and we will let the people decide www.courts.qld.gov.au
