Raymond Feeney of ADS Direct Network Inc, usually operates in the big cities, posts his advertisings mainly in The Toronto Star classified section. Looking for either investments or people he "hires" to do work for him or with him (anything goes from installation of plasma TV screens to "developing" of new product). he usually approaches legit busineses to "sell" whatever Feeney is "working" his scams on at that time and sometimes the legit business signs contract that they can not enforce. In order to "fullfill" these orders , Feeney finds people to invest or buy into with "investments" ranging from $5, 000 to more than $25, 000. He, sometimes reqruits other people to pose as legit associates, renting office spaces and posing as his office staff. He is from the "islands" he says and drives a black SUV mercedes (another story of non-payment). Beware, do not even respond to Raymond Feeney as he changes the names of companies as fast as he can print new business cards!!!!! The police will not do anything as I have contacted them but they said it is a civil matter to be resolved in the civil court, unfortunately, he hides his assets under other names so no luck there: just a heartache of loosing money to a scam bucket.
