I wanted a people search site that i could register with and keep track of my searches background checks ect.

I paid 39.95 for 2 months, and after 2 months I could no longer login or find the site. When you type the URL it

takes you to a web page to search for related links..... I also signed up for their charter privacy chest and was

suppose to receive a CD ROM by mail..... Guess what? Nothing......So last but not least my last and final favorite

this whole thing is I was still billed for an additional 2 months after I could no longer even login....

The support number is a joke 1 305 671 3165 I was sent to an answering machine and the email address for

support [email protected] came back undeliverable... big SURPRISE.... As for a contact name my original

receipt lists a support person to contact which is SAVANNAH RICHARDS who funny enough is a contact for support,

and processing agent for payments, as well as listing herself as Client Relations Manager...... Shes the whole

Customer Support, Customer Complaints, and of course A Payment Processor.... Oh and a Manager....
