RBSLynk Beware-Rips Off Employees Atlanta Georgia
This is a very unethical company.
I had accumulated 4 weeks of vacation. I sent written notification of the dates for a 2 week vacation well before I was required to. While on vacation, I returned calls to both merchants and employees...only to find that when I returned to work...I was fired.
In short...the reason was clear..I had just had the biggest sale of my 5 year plus career there. They wanted to keep the commision to themselves. In fact...they lied that the sale was never completed.
I had to get written testimony from the business owner and take it to the labor board.
Despite the fact they flew in corporate attorneys to fight me...I won the back pay. How did I win? Although my manager said they never came on board....both the merchant and their own customer service testified they had!
Be very wary of working for this company. Management changes on a weekly basis. What one manger tells you, another quickly negates. They will let you go with no warning and keep your commissions. Be ready with documentation and a fast notification to your local labor board.
