I just looked up your file again and yes the lines have been reported and you have received a full refund. Looks like I'm the one who got ripped off again because of a complaining impatient client. We have completed all of are services and if you would have waited till the lines show up on your file you would have been fine. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce the amount of time that this step takes. The work that is being done is between the internal batching and processes of our Lenders accounts and the Credit Bureaus. Once they have completed the internal batching and the Credit Bureaus have updated their databases, then your credit file will be updated. PLEASE NOTE: From time to time, we have noticed that some of our past clients credit scores will increase first, but the trade lines DO NOT appear until several months later. We are uncertain why this happens, but we believe it has to do with the FRAUD PROTECTION services provided by the Credit Bureaus or other things that may be going on with the clients credit report at the time the internal batching and processes occur. Below are the steps you must complete during this waiting period: 1. Please sign up with a credit monitoring service, so you can monitor when your credit score goes up. This will also allow you to see when negative accounts or old debts are being removed. Our Recommendations are http://www.privacyguard.com or http://www.equifax.com 2. To avoid lowering your credit score during this process please DO NOT apply for any new credit card accounts or have your credit pulled by any banks or mortgage brokers until your score is increased high enough to get approved for them. You are now in charge of your financial future, so be responsible with your credit from now on. 3. Order Your Credit Report for Free: Under a new Federal law, you have the right to receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting companies. To request your free annual report under that law, you must go to www.annualcreditreport.com. If you have any questions, please email us at any time at [email protected] Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm. Best regards, RCA Credit Services

Just learned that I have been scammed by RCA Credit Services. Please Help..... Hi Leslie, I had my mom to participate in RCA Credit Services around January 2008. She paid a total of $1,480.00 for the so called "Platinum Line" that was suppose to report 3 seasoned trade lines on her credit. After reading the rip-off reports on this company the lines probably will never be reported on her credit. This guy asked for a credit report as well so he also has all her personal information. We've only talked to one representative from the company and his name is Brady Wellington. When I first got interested in RCA Credit I called and asked to speak to Rick Crosby who is supposedly the owner since only his name is mentioned on the site. I was told that the owner Rick Crosby The Credit Guru hardly ever speaks to consumers. The representative also went out of his way to tell me that he only speaks to the owner on special occasions. So, I don't really know if there is a Rick Crosby. I know my mom probably won't get her money back, but I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This company needs to be stopped. So, Leslie it seems like you have a little more information about what can be done. What can I do to help out as well? Please contact me as soon as possible . Thanks,
