Re-V-Life Resveratrol Phone number on label advises they are NOT customer service for RESVLIFE. Was advised bottle had to be returned to stop the billing. Unable to get address to return to. Springville Utah
A 30 day trial of ResVLife Resveratrol which only charged billing and shipping was ordered on the web site. Before the 30 day trial was up, I called to cancel any future orders. I was told I must return the physical bottle to assure I would not continue to get billed and I could get the address to return the bottle to by calling the number on the bottle. After 5 phone calls and several hours the customer service agents at the number on the label stated they do not represent ResVLife and could not find any record of any order or cancellation for me. The same number appears on the web site that is on the bottle which is the number I called. Besides being frustrated about not being able to cancel my order, the time I have spent getting the run-around from 5 customer service agents was wasted. I will continue to refuse to pay charges on my credit card but companies should be required to provide correct contact phone, fax, e-mail and web addresses before they are allowed to advertize on Yahoo e-mail web sites. This is a rip off.
