The ad seems legitimate enough- telecommuting from home, $15/hour base pay, with a wealth of information regarding the product and an actual application process. After being "hired," they ask for your credit card information, if only to obtain your "refundable $95 deposit" (they rationalize that a growing company can lose a lot of money training new hires who quit soon after--making the deposit "secures your place in the upcoming training class"). You are assured that this money will be returned within one week of the beginning of "training." Only training never really starts.
To make a long story short, these people promise a job that doesn't exist, using the name of the LegalShield company to bolster their credibility, even though they have no affiliation with LegalShield. The scam is actually pretty impressive, considering the amount of time and effort they must have put into making the business seem legitimate--they een go so far as to have each new hire record a voice mail greeting for their corporate inbox, and provide you with links to training videos from LegalShield's own website. Attempt to call them directly, however, and you'll be forwarded to voicemail. Email them asking why the "one time deposit" shows up on your statement as a "recurring charge," and they will stop replying to your messages.
As it stands, I now have to cancel my debit card, and watch out for identity theft. I've wasted hours "training" for a job that doesn't exist, and I'm out close to $100.

This is how a good name gets a bad report. Sounds like for one, that these people that scammed you also scammed LegalShield. For one, LegalShield dose not do business this way, and never has. All Associates are independent, that either sales our services or recruits according to a LegalShield agreement set forth by our home office. I'm sorry you had this bad experience with someone falsely representing themselves as a LegalShield independent representative. This dose not make LegalShield a bad company or the services they provide worthless. I have been a member since 2011 and also an associate. When anything is presented correctly you have a positive experience and positive out come. There are a lot of bad people out there using a good thing for their own agenda. It seem that LegalShield was used for someone's own gain and you got caught in the middle, as so to many others when anything is presented incorrectly. I do hope that you notified LegalShields home office about this situation and report the names of the individuals responsible, as our home office dose not tolerate this unethical business behavior. Again, I'm am so sorry for your bad experience with LegalShield. And it's ok to be sceptacal, I was before I got started in LegalShield.

when I asked my upline the guy who got me back into legalshield questions he would be to busy to give me right answers or give me the brush off. instead he argues with me saying things I shouldn't question him how it works , adding only successful people succeed, yeah if you're a good con I guess you can gain success but for how long? I like the concepts of these services offered but in knowing the business more and more , I can see the downside. If your sponsor does not teach you what you want and need to know, he/she doesn't benefit you as a member or as an investor. I've listened to those audios and videos I've used each tactics to the letter yet none of these methods work for me. The ones that get 20 to 30 people signed up right away are family and friends but they eventually will leave this company once they see those unethical and bad tactics performed by greedy individuals who only learns how to become better cons if anything. Why don't these 6 digits ring earners go and donate to the homeless or feed the hungry children of our country America. I am disappointed reading her report how she loves this company. Some if not all upline /sponsor uses manipulation and fails to fulfilling their protocols by not training their new associates properly, in becoming honest decent promoters. My faith in this company is wearing thin nor do I believe in some of their business policies. As I scruntinized every aspects of this company business tecniques and transactions, I must share facts truthful so help me God.
