I am reporting that Reactive Marketing Corporation is a huge scam.There is a person name Eric Lokke that took my money and never refunded me back as I had requested in late Jan 2015. I had planned to join this so call Feb 2 class but decided that I didn't want to go ahead with the job and requested my money back.He Eric Lokke had stated that he would refund me my money and each time I had asked when it would be sent he finally stated that it would be on 1/28.He said it would be processed via a check.I gave him my full address and than a few days later wanted to know the status of my check.Never heard back from him BUT then ended up getting another e-mail supposedly from their support division.I told this support team what had been going on and they told me that they might be able to refund me back my money that day if they could have the last 4 numbers of off the card that I had paid with.Well I had already canceled that along with Legalshield too.The person also suggested that they could pay me the money via paypal.I told them that I wanted it sent to me in a check because that was the ONLY option that was given to me at the time by this fake Eric Lokke and that's how I would want it.So the support team stated that the check got sent out on 2/19/2015.I have all of my e-mails and I would like to know since I didn't pay using a cc but using a atm/debit card..how can I get my money reimbursed since this was a scam?? There is evidence with all of my e-mails that I have kept.What do I need to do to get my money back???

I also had contacted the support people and I told them that I wanted a check sent back to me.I gave them my address.The person had also stated about how they might be able to refund my money if I gave them the last 4 # of my card OR they also asked for my payal info.I TOLD them that I wanted it sent to me via CHECK only because that was how I had been expecting it back to me since after 1/28! I am pissed off and oh...the REASON there are NOT a lot of people saying that THEY got their money back..is because THEY barely EXIST! THESE people scammed MOST of us..NEVER gave us back any money.I was in contact with the support and gave them ALL the mailing info and THEY claimed that they mailed out on on 2/19! They are a bunch of crooks and wil get what they deserve I had decided since 1/19 that I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS so called JOB and I had ASKED for my refund in JANUARY!! SO good for the 1 or 2 people who did get their money back.Good for you but the rest of us are telling the truth about this

I don't know if you want to call me an ex-employee or not because this project never really got off the ground and the training this yr 2015 appears to have never started but I can say that as promised they refunded my money. They were to send a paper check but instead sent it thru PayPal. I will admit I was very leary about providing my PayPal email address BUT they did exactly what they said they would and they did it in minutes after I contacted them. I wish more people that have received their refunds would post as well so people can see that though it may have been poor planning or whatever, they did keep their word about refunding the money as promised. There are several to date according to the company that have received their refund as well. I emailed support and within 5-10 mins it was in my Paypal account. I know things don't always go as planned. I really don't know if it was poor planning or what but honestly everything they told me they were going to do, they did. I will not say that they were not slow about it but I believe that's because they have so many refunds to process and in the process, a lot of us decided to keep our Legal Shield for one reason or another. I'm not promoting anything, I just needed my Legal Shield along with the Identity Theft add on as well.
