Readers Payment Service RPS Fraudulent Magazine Subscription Service White City Oregon
I received a renewal notice for People Magazine from a company called Readers Payment Service. The total was for $179.95, but I paid the installment price of $89.98. I only figured out that I had been scammed 2 monthes later when I called People Magazine directly to find out why that payment wasn't reflected in my bill.
