Both David Mahoney and his Brother James Scurrah can not be trusted I worked with them and kbow them well.. Coconut grove is a land scam worthless land that clients will never be able to sell. They are conected to Fredom properties both have crimanal records for car theft in Spain. BEWARE

Everyone. If you post your Real Names this would serve as a ID format. To date we have a number of postings on this which i just dont believe are true. Where is the proof? I am in constant contact with all our clients, i dont have any customers complaining, we do have customers reselling their units, but we always answer the phone and we always respond to emails. There are no tricks, or scams here. We are a very honest and real company who work very hard 7 days a week. Until the proof is posted i can only say that these are fake reports, which i am so tired of... The lies, the snakes and the scams by other people are now affecting me, i try hard to expose these scammers but this site asks for no proof and ANYONE can post WHATEVER the want. If someone wants to post that i killed Kennedy or Elvis is alive in & working in Kentucky Fried Chicken in then i cant stop it or have it removed. Crazy but true! How many times do i have to say, we try very hard to keep all our customers happy, and people posting on these websites are not policed by anyone. I post my real name so that people can see it is me, why do the others not do it if they are genuine clients? If you are a genuine customer, then use your name, until then i cant keep answering these un- confirmed reports by people who use the internet to hide behide. It's tiresome guys.. Hi Jake, Please can you provide me an email or some other information as I would like to discuss this problem. I also have had a similar problem and wish to resolve it legally. I have spoken with a couple of people who are in similar situation and we can get further in numbers. Sam I have not heard of, but after research he works for another company. I believe there was bad blood between him and RealEst International but from my research was not there in 2008 for sure. David is correct in saying they have no relation to one another. So if you bought in Coconut grove it must have been through realest international and david mahoney as it is the project they are selling. They have gone through some clients I believe and offered them bits of money back, but not the full ammount, like 40 to 60%. Please post me your email or contact so we can talk.
