Real Notary Pros is a rip-off!

They promise to provide you with 3 to 4 real estate closings per day paying $120-$125 per closing if you become a Contract Mobile Notary Signing Agent through them.

But, the "catch" is that it will cost you $447 to do so.

They requested that I pay them the full $447 to "get things started".

They charge a $179 fee to take the online contract mobile signing agent certification course, $179 fee to get your state notary commission, and $89 to run a background check on you.

If you pass the certification course, then they place you on a list available to banks and loan closing companies for you to do remote loan closings for that company.

I paid only the $179 fee to take the contract mobile loan closing certification course. They said they would send me an email with a link to take the online course which you only get one chance to take and if you miss it or are one minute late you must pay the $179 fee all over again. They did not do that so I called them the morning of the scheduled course and asked them to send me the link so that I could join the course. They said that they would send my request to "technical support" to send me the link. They did not do that. So, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled course time, I called again and asked for the email with the link to take the course. They again said that they would contact "technical support" right away so that I could take the course. They never sent me a link or email with a link to join or take the online course.

The next day I called them again and explained that I never received the promised email with the link to take the online course even though I had paid for it. They said that since I missed the scheduled course time that I must pay the $179 fee again in order to receive the email invite link to take the course I "missed". I explained again that I had already paid for the online course but they never sent me any email or other action to take in order to take the course. Gues what? They said that they would send my concern to "technical support" who would fix the problem. That was a month ago. I still haven't received any response from them.

I don't think this company and their services are legit. Be warned!
