I am here to write a report on why people should never use them as someone looking for a property. I have been looking for a property to rent when I seen the Mary Jane house in Dunedin Florida come open and the day after the for rent sign went up because I drive past everyday. I started calling, leaving emails, asking for a showing. I looked up online where they were showing property online and emailed at least 5-7 times too. This company finally after more then a week emailed me with words RENTED!!!!!
My best, Mark Turlington. As if I had been a complete bother to him. Not this one was rented let me help you find something else just that. I am glad I got treated that way because imagine had he not been to lazy to show it and I rented and had them as a property manager. Don't rent properties from these people. Last thing I will mention is they are still advertising this company but it is half an hour to an hour from their office. If it wasn't still for rent why are they still advertising days later? For rent signs still up on property. All I can say renters beware and homeowners I would take this as a sign.
