The materials have a much higher value than the $129.95 that we are charging for them. When we launched this product offer, I had no idea what an overwhelming response we would get. Subsequently, we were severely under-staffed to handle the amount of calls coming in. As quickly as possible, we hired additional customer service representatives, and are continuing the hiring process. However, there has been a lag time in training them to make sure that they were up to the high customer service standards that we wish to provide Another staggering blow occurred when our local telephone carrier accidentally cut a vital 100 pair phone cable in our area, causing the majority of our local lines (which our 800#s point to) to go down completely! With the influx of calls the few working lines quickly jammed up and many customers were getting a busy signal, or just going straight to voicemail when they did get through. Consumer Protection, as well as the Better Business Bureau were notified of the problem, and were directing customers to fax or email in their requests. We are horrified at the response that has cropped up because of these problems. Our phone lines are back up and running, and our customer service is now able to handle the calls coming. Anyone who wishes to receive a refund, or has billing questions, or even more importantly, didn't get a chance to utilize the free one-on-one mentoring that we offer, can send an email to [email protected] and your requests will be processed within 24 hours.
