REALGOLDSOFT Securekey Antivirus Infiltrated my computer and said I had viruses and spyware Internet
A company called securekey infiltrated my computer and did a complete scan and said that I had over 723 computer security issues from viruses to spyware. Offered a program called secure key for a price of $49. Purchased the product to find out the product is a high level virus to get people to submit thier credit card information. Said they would send me an email on how to download the product. Never recieved it. Just a confirmation that payment was recieved. Called my credit card company and they said there was an authorization for $99.90 for a company called Goldsoft. Called the company back and asked for a refund. They said they would issue a refund in 5-7 days. Still can't find the product that I supposedly purchased. Bad thing is my credit card company will not let me stop the charge. They say I have to print a copy and fax it to thier dispute center to get anything done about it. Or wait for the bill and highlight the charge and dispute it that way.
