RealOne, Real Networks Deceptive, Not Free, Can not cancel, complaint got me a free month but it was supposed to be free in the first place! Tricked and lied to us Seattle Washington

Try to cancel at their site where it says cancel and in a day or two you are active again and billed again. IF you get them on the phone they will tell you that you have to call to cancel even though there is an option to cancel electronicly and a place to verify the cancelation. Get them on the phone and ask what happened to free, they will avoid answering like the best of politicians.
Complaining will get you a month or so free, except that after you use it a couple of times it will not work unless you upgrade to something else, at least they tell you that it will cost more yet.
Buyer beware? Its FREE. I didn't buy anything but I have paid for it for months.
