The details of our refund policy are outlined in the Realty Trade Marketing and Advertising agreement, that we have our clients sign. It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. I am the individual that listed this report, since the listing I have spoken with Tim Harrison on (2)occasions requesting that this information be removed so that he can do his job better in establishing a reputable consumer relationship. I am hoping that a better job is done this time with the sale of my property. Also i made a mistake and listed Tim Harrison on the wanted criminal category. Please dis- regard this error made on my part.
