Plain and simply put, Rebecca Lowry, owner of Digital Citizenry is a scam artist who takes money and does not deliver services!
I hired her to complete a website for me as well as keep it updated. She failed miserably at doing such.
Have you ever met the type of person who experiences hardship after hardship? Well this is Rebecca. She lied about a friend being raped as well as a host of other issues. She is not to be trusted. Please do not do any sort of business with her.
To this date, she owes me money (as well as others) and I have yet to recieve my money. She lied about how I would recieve my money, but I do not have it.
