Receivables Performance Management LIARS. They offered to settle a small Verizon claim for $129 then said need $105 more. Then rep LIED on negating check fee. Bothell Washington
A woman called about the bill and agreed to settle for $129.71. I sent a letter to them within the allotted time period (have a receipt of mailing), with a money order for the full settlement offer. They took the money and called again. A man this time. I see what they do, use a woman to lie and get some money, then use a man to steal more money from you. He said, "We need $105.09 more to settle this account, blah, blah, blah." I asked to send by money order and he said need to do this right away with a debit/credit card. I asked about any fee and he said $6.00. Told him will send money order and he said, "OK, I'll eliminate the processing fee, so the total amount is $105.09."
He said this verbal AGREEMENT was being recorded by him for company records. I am contacting the company today to complain, and will seek help from the Feds.
GUESS WHAT?
MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $111.09, not 105.09. LYING little....
THE LITTLE SOBS LIE like there is no tomorrow. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT BELIEVE --ANYTHING-- THEY SAY OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE LYING OUT OF THEIR YOU-KNOW-WHATS.
