Red Lion Moving and Storage unprofessional curses yell rude scam Hollywood, Florida
Had a great experience that turned incredibly sour. Talked to "Randy" for about a month, was so happy with communication and everything, got a quote for $1700 to California. Movers came two hours late, packed everything up so quickly, ended up telling me i owed $3500. Called "Randy" he said he would take care of it, because he was so nice. Said he would call me Monday, I ended up calling Monday and he was "out to lunch", called back again and he was "at a meeting" called back again and he picked up and said he'd call in 10 minutes, I called back again and he went home. Tuesday, and Wednesday he is "out sick." Incredible scam, we need to take this to the Media.

Report your experience with this company with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. They will investigate the methods of this company and hopefully assist us in stopping this company from scanning others. The website is www.protectyourmove.gov.
