Red Lion Moving and Storage SCAM ARTISTS FRAUDS *Do Not Use* Internet
This company gave one estimate then when the truck was loaded at my house gave a quote 3x's higher and made us pay double original estimate up front. When delivery day came we got excuses that the road was closed to get here & they would be here the next day, when the following day came we got another story that they couldn't get into the parking lot b/c it wasn't big enough (it certainly was!) and they would need to charge us another $650 to remove the property off of the truck and re-load onto a smaller truck to be able to drop off, the next day arrived again another call that they couldn't find a truck to rent and wouldn't deliver that day either. As of today I still have not received my property and am taking further actions. Do Not Use, it's better off to do it yourself! Don't trust these guys no matter what they tell you, they are a fraud.

File a report with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Their website is www.protectyourmove.gov. They will investigate the practices of these scam artists.
Also file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Many consumers will investigate a company here before doing business with them.
Let's make sure they do not get away with this bad business practice!!!!!
