This company is absolutely terrible
My quote was about 1/3 of the actual size of the move, and I was charged essentially the full amount of my quote as the deposit when they picked up my stuff.
My pick-up appointment was at noon but I was called the day before and told the movers would be there between 7-8AM. They showed up AFTER noon and didn't even have a copy of my job contract, so had to go find some place to have it faxed to them. They didn't finish the job until nearly 4pm, which means my ENTIRE day was wasted waiting on them... this was of course the day before I was moving across the country so I had plenty of other things to do.
THEN when I called to find out when I would receive my stuff, I was told the driver of the truck was taking time off to celebrate Passover. Celebrating Passover is fine, but it is pretty easy to plan for, and there is no reason that driver should have been given any responsibility for delivering anything during that time or even near it.
THEN when my stuff still hadn't arrived for 10 days my customer service representative disappeared ... he stopped responding to or picking up my phone calls entirely.
I still don't know where my belonging are or if I will ever see them again.
Anyone would be better.

File a report with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Their website is www.protectyourmove.gov. They will investigate the practices of these scam artists.
Also file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Many consumers will investigate a company here before doing business with them.
Report them to the Attorneys General of Florida (because they claim their corporate office is there) and New Jersey (where they apparently operate).
Let's make sure they do not get away with this bad business practice!!!!!
