I rented 3 movies from walgreens redbox kiosk by 501 in carolina forest, Myrtle beach. I returned them the next day in walmart redbox kiosk together. But they charged me saying I returned them at 2nd, 3rd and 4th day. I called their customer service, after 14 minutes wait I got one of the representatives, she said I had to provide email address so that they would provide receipt. I thought I made mistake not providing email adress at the the time of rental. I searched internet and found tons of complaints about redbox, and learned that even if I had provided an email, there wouldn't be any change. I would be charged as I charged. There was no proof as I returned earlier from my side except my own kids looking at the process of return in Walmart. Now I think if they have charged for the price of DVD saying I never returned the disc, I didn't have a proof that I returned.

Renting was easy and for me the selection was okay. I am NEVER GONNA rent from them again unless they change the system so that we get some type of confirmation when we return dvds.

For me it was total rip off. No way to get credit back from them.
