Redcats Roamans Deceptive Shipping Costs based on the cost of item(s) purchased versus true shipping costs Internet
I purchased and immediately returned a substandard quality dress, value over $100. The dress was shipped in a plastic bag which was placed in a gray plastic envelope/mailer. While the site(s) offer and promote coupon codes, do not be fooled into thinking as I did, that you received a true discount. The shipping costs are based on the price of item(s) purchased, not the true shipping costs. Shipping costs to me: $13.99; using the provided return shipping label, the cost to be deducted from my refund, was $7.50.
I find this highly unscrupulous, unethical and insulting. Nothing like paying for the discount code that is recaptured in the shipping charges. I will not be a return customer. Shady, very, very shady.
