This thief claims to be top-dog at a Belfast/USA based corporation called Xclusive Investments LLC and is busy farming out work to freelance designers, developers, coders and writers all over the world via online portals such as gumtree.com, craigslist.com, etc.
Scott/Reece/Wigginton/Dylan is operating worldwide internet scams to defraud investors, steal creative and editorial work, or steal identities of those who have given personal information to contract with his fictional companies.
Having checked out Companies House, the Inland Revenue and several other institutions, we can confirm that neither companies officially exist.
UP TO 4 UK POLICE FORCES ARE INTERESTED IN SPEAKING TO HIM ABOUT HIS FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.
