Timeshare Exit team promised to get rid of my time share in 3 to 8 months.  It has now been over 11.5 months, and there is no word as to whether they will ever succeed or not.  They never provide any meaningful updates - just emails stating that they are working the process.  I have requested details from their attorneys, but only recieved a statement that 'communications were sent' as of 3 particular dates. I now hear they have changed their marketing communications to say it will take up to 11 months to get you out of your time share.  While there is a money back guarantee, we did not sign up for this just to get frustrated by the process and then get a refund.  Anyone stuck with a rotten timeshare knows that you just want OUT.  So, go into this with much lower expectations.
