I placed an order from this seller on Feb 5th and had nothing but problems. At the end of the day I didn't get my order and they forced a refund on me because they did not want to honor the original sales price and claimed the weather on the east coast created the delays. I was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process until it happened again on Saturday. They scheduled me for three delivery appointments and every single time I got a no show and no call. This happened again on Saturday and when I called to find out where my order was they said it would arrive that afternoon but instead they no showed again issued a refund.
 
I am so upset because during all of these appointments I was held hostage for three full days waiting for my order to arrive. Not once did I get a phone call and I had to force the communication through Amazon. They have terrible customer service and use a phone line that no one answers and it will not take messages. They do not care about customers waiting several hours waiting for a delivery that will never arrive. This company held on to my money for seven weeks and I suspect they were using bait and switch tactics so that they could generate cash flow without delivering what they promised. This company is a scam and I WOULD NOT give them your money. 

Take it from me. Find another seller. I am still waiting for a refund and I am very upset.
