I recently purchased an outfit from reems.com. At first, I was hesitant, but after reading their testimonials I felt that perhaps they would be a great website to purchase from.



I thoroughly examined the size chart and measured my size before ordering. After carefully comparing my measurements to those on the size chart I knew "XL" was the right size for me.



I asked them to deliver the outfit A.S.A.P, and to my pleasure it was at my doorstep in about 2-3 days. I was so glad, until I opened the package.



Looking at the shirt I could tell it was not an "XL". In addition to this, the tag seemed like an "M" was crossed out in pen and an "XL" was written in. I was furious at first but realized mistakes do happen so I decided to go to the company website and view the return policy.



It stated that it was a "100% money back" policy, however an RMA number was needed. I emailed the company right away as I didn't want to waste the "15 day period" in which an RMA must be obtained. I also called all 4 lines and all went to voicemail so I left a message.



The website stated that I would hear back within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I sent a second email and place more calls. By this time I was getting uneasy and felt perhaps I got ripped off. All four lines always going to voicemail? It seemed suspicious.



Now it has been almost a week and I still haven't received a reply by phone or email. Today someone actually answered the phone and said "Hello" (It was a woman), I felt relieved. I said "Hello, yes. Is this reems?" and silence. I repeated the question 2-3 times and said "Hello? can you hear me?" and still no reply. I could hear noise in the back but the woman was not talking back.



 



I hung up thinking it was a bad connection and called again. It has been back to voicemails.



 



My 15 days have become 6 and although I don't know what the real problem is with the company and their lack of customer service, I do know that all I want is to return their new, never worn, in packaging outfit and receive a refund.
