Regal Nails Banned! Banned! Banned! Apopka Florida
I was told by a worker not to come back there and that I was banned because I was too hard to please. Really?! Lol. He banned me because I called their Baton Rouge Lousiana corporate office and told them how poor their customer service skills are. I made an appointment that they forgot about and did not apologize. He said If I showed up there he would call security. He also stated that my business is not wanted and to go elsewhere. Retaliation at it's finest. The owner ignored me and never returned my call. Keep in mind their nail services are mediocre at best. There is only ONE good nail tech there that I go to. The others are garbage. I'd rather pay the additional five bucks at another spa than to deal with this crap.
