No Good 1.0 Wow!!!! I wish I would have read his review before I used him. He never finisher my work left me in despair then robed and damaged the units for no reason wont return my calls but took all my money, I did a background on him and his company, all I can say is WOW! Full blown hard core criminal. We need help to stop him from doing this to others. 8 on your side is looking into him and the Police. Please learn from my mistakes and research.

As we begin a rebuttal to this Im just amazed thats its no better control on the extent of truth and lies a site like this will verify before publishing. The issue at hand is simple the person behind this when on a rampage to discredit a company that was there for her in her time of need. Documents shall be attached so that this is a matter of fact and not slander as has been reported and disseminated through this rip off report vehicle and its blogs.
****** *****I has a home that she was renting to a tenant that lost 2 complete systems at one time in the heat of the summer. At the time it was verified there actually was a lightning strike to the systems and her insurance carrier was contacted.Quotes were prepared signed and execution was carried out as any other routine service. There was even a stipulation signed on the actual deposit check for the balance to be paid upon completion.
However upon completion of the project Ms. ****** then informed me that her tenant was 3 months behind on his rent and he would be paying the balance. Yes I said that correctly somehow we went from a reputable service being rendered to help someone in a time of need to a bil collector to bounty up our balance.
After several attempts to resolve the matter Ms ****** continued to not pay her balance and the systems were removed until she was able to pay the remaining balance as she stated she could come up with it in 45 days we agreed to install the larger system so that she wasnt without any air at all. Ms ****** drew up her own contract with half the remaining balance to assure this was the legitimate and stating she would pay the remainer in 45 days and we would install the other system back.
Yes again shes kept the 5 ton system and it has been installed since July August of 2014. Well as before Ms Inizio didnt even keep her own contract and has since finally paid off her debt but not before slandering myself and my company all over the internet. Now if that makes me a scam artist and a rip off Im a little displaced and as far as 8 on your side and the police looking for us for criminal activity my adress is on the report and Im always available.
My real concern is now that all of this is proven to be false and malicious what does the rip off report do to clear my name.Since they have no valid contact numbers to begin a resolve process.
