On August 17th I called regional adjusted bureau in regards to a payment plan. The agreement was 100.00 dollars and due to my financial hardship they lowered my payment to 66.60. The agreement would no go into effect until September 21. On Sept. 21 RAB took 100.00 out of my account. When I called they could not offer me any answers except to fax over a copy of my bank statement. I was 19.00 overdrawn and decided to put that amount back into my account so I would not accrue any overdraft charges.  When Tony Simms called later that evening I told her that I would settle for the difference. I called 3 days later asking why the money had not been returned to my account and was told that it could take up to seven days for it to show up. On October 1 I called and was told the "check was sitting on the desk" and that unfortunately I was misinformed and the overdraft charges would not be payed. I spoke with Allan Davidson and he proceeded to lie regarding the bank statement and said that I was already overdrawn and his company did not cause the overdraft charges.

If a company that has access to your bank account is not living up to their agreements..they may continue to take what they want. The bank won't help you because they don't care..they are more then happy to collect all the OD fees and will do NOTHING to protect your money from fraud and error..it is all up to you to gain control of your money..I have learned this the hard way myself..it is almost another job in itself trying to protect your money from merchants, businesses and banks these days..ESPECIALLY if you keep a low balance.

I would close the bank account and reopen it with new #s if this agency calls and asks for the new account # refuse to give it . From what I read they cannot be trusted. I would never give any bill collectors any of my bank information.
