As the owner of Reines RV Center I have never refused in 35 years a chance to talk to a customer. The popup in question is nine years old and no longer made by the original manufacturer. We had to order parts from another dealer in Va. and we kept getting the wrong parts sent to us because some parts were no longer available. We did explain this to the insurance company several times. We also did clean the rv however the customer complained is was not cleaned well enough so we went and picked up the camper at their house and brought it back to the dealership to reclean. The customer also had a professional company clean the vehicle which Mrs. Cornwell told the insurance company she would watch them clean it. Now we are being told that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned out which the insurance company did not ask us to do. Our general manager who has been with Reines for more than 25 years told Mrs. Cornwell three times that if they bring the popup in that we would clean it for them while they waited. The customer lives about 20 minutes from the dealership but she refused our offer. The insurance company told us they were satisfied with our work. I don't know what more we could have offered to do. Again our general manager tried to work with the customer but they refused our offer. We cannot keep going to their house but again if they bring it in during service hours we will help them while they wait.
