RejuvenateWorldwide.com is a new MLM Business Opportunity Online that carries a product designed to make people's skin radiant and beautiful. They are claiming that their products are much better than any other skincare products out on the market., and that it's taking the net by storm.

I signed up and ordered the products, but had a gut feeling afterwards, that the company was a big fraud/scam, so I immediately sent them an email plus I called them 2 different times leaving them detailed voicemail messages, requesting them to cancel my order and refund my funds, by crediting my bank account on file. I had also requested a call back, as I would have preferred speaking to a live person over the phone. After about 4 days of leaving those messages and sending about 3 emails by then, I finally received an email from Support/Admin, telling me that they had already sent out the products and they would issue me a refund when I return the products.

I returned the Products by USPS Confirmation Guaranteed Delivery Receipt, which they received according to the Tracking #. This was on June 16, 2008, but have not received a refund from them as of yet. I sent them dozens of emails, called them and left messages for them to return my calls and have not heard a word from them since then.

I filed a dispute with my bank, which they are still working on. Oh, by the way, when I received the products, there was no return address on the package. I opened it with the hopes I would find an address on the order/invoice slip, or any kind of correspondence included in the package. That moreso confirmed to me that the RejuvenateLive.com or Worldwide, whatever they called themselves was nothing but a big scam.

Hi, I am using the product 'Ageless' by Rejuvenateworldwide, and i would like to tell you it is good, it works, its worth the price and i will be buying it again..... With regard to your complaint that there was no delivery slip, or order slip within your package< i would just comment isnt it correct to say that the Company has not officially launched until 1st Sept, so therefore the products were sent out to people who signed up to be Distrubitors before launch, i would not think you would need a delivery slip . I would think this is a picky statement by you, instead of being picky or trying to find fault why not sign up as a Distrubitor and go sell it! It works and works well!---------

On top of offering the highest quality products in the industry, we pride ourselves on the best customer service available. All customer service calls and emails are responded to within one business day. All refund requests are honored immediately. And all customers are taken care of. In addition, I have searched our database for a "Dee" from Corpus Christi, TX who has placed an order for our product. One does not exist. In the event that Dee is a nickname, I searched for all customers in the Corpus Christi area and cross referenced it with our voice call log and email support records. Again, no possible matches. After serious due diligence to figure out how this "customer" may have slipped through the cracks, it is clear that this person is really not a customer. It is our belief that this post is from a competing company who is recognizing the value of our superiour products in an attempt to make their company look better. It is unfortunate that any company or individual would stoop to this level, however as well al know, it happens more often than we would like.
