This company's website says that you can get a free trial if you pay for shipping. what it doesnt say is that they will charge you $97 for this free product and that they will continue to charge each month. They will tell you that you clicked the box and agreed to this. This is false advertising at its best. Beware! I am out the $200 and the shipping. If this is such a great product then why not tell me up front that you have me on an autoship program and clearly how much my card will be charged and send me clear, easy to read receipts with shipment reminders. Why? because it is a rip off. they just want your money and do not believe in their own product apparently. My advice? Wait till a reputable company comes out with a product and that they are fully disclosed in clear, easy to find text up front!!!

i called one of the numbers and was able to get a 75% refund by telling them i was about to go to the attorney general and file a complaint ......i hung up when the person i was talking to started to answer....a few mins later he called me back and first offered a 50% discount.. i said no to that and stated i was going to call the attorney generals office ,thats when he came back with a offer of 75%..which i then took.....

To challenge your "Rebuttal" above, first and foremost, I would assume you are employed by the less than legal llc mentioned above, and if not so equivalently matched in the skill of poor business. There are laws that protect the Consumer from being taken advantage of by luring them into a trial period where shipping only is charged to your card. I have most of the State's Attorneys in the United States on speed dial for this very reason. Every State in the United States hase an Attorney to head up the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection.

So what YOU are saying is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE GETTING YOURSELF INTO!!! Got it!!! Thankfully I do not make online purchases, so I have no NEED to read. But its good solid information, but totally shows that YOU failed and NOT them. Had YOU read that information BEFORE you clicked your rights away, then you wouldn't be in this situation. Isnt READING a BASIC SKILL??? I mean YOU can sit there and WRITE a massive post bashing THEM online yet YOU cant be bothered to READ?? How does that work exactly? Was it that YOU didn't care to read?? Or is it something else? Just saying YOU cant put all the blame on THEM when YOU agreed to it all. It means YOU DIDNT READ!!
