Reloadit Will not release my money Internet
I had recieved the reloadit card as a payment of something that I had sold. Not knowing and never using one before I was told that all I would have to do would be to get one of the cards that worked with the company. Little did I know that, that in itself was going to be a nightmare! When I finally found a card I tried to load the money on the card and it would not let me. I called both companies whom both said it was not there cards Reloadit say's the money is on the card and it is good it should not be a problem. So I conferance the calls and the reloadit people finally say oh its our system and will take two buisness days to fix. I wait the two business days and still no money! I call again they say ok I see it in the system but there is nothing we can do it has to go though another department, but we can only contact them through email. So you are out your money till we get them to fix it! The customer service rep. had told me that this happens alot and that it will take a while to fix I am not the only one that has had this problem!
SoI got his boss on the phone and again there is nothing he can do! No one knows what the problem is and how to fix except these imaginary people that no one can get ahold of! So basically this company has now stollen $500.00 from me! I have no idea if I will ever see this money again, or how long it will take these imaginary people to fix this unknown problem! But I warn everyone out there DO NOT purchase these cards they will steal your money for however long they seem fit or just keep it all togeather!
