Robert, this same company took my $4300 cashiers check and never showed up for the move. the last contact of any kind i had with R&S or with Jason Michaels, my sales rep was on 20 June 2006. Each time i called, i was sent through a voice mail loop that never ended. And none of my messages were ever returned. I have filed complaints with the Texas BBB, the FTA, the FMCSA, the AG of Texas and the TXDOT. R&S still has my money. Olympic Movers (Mr. Brett Chilton) was contacted by R&S to do my move but Mr. Chilton refused claiming he had not been paid for the previous three jobs he did for R&S. Mr. Bruce responded to the BBB complaint stating they did not do my move (true), that they gave me an estimate (true), and that no monies had been collected from me (false). Even though i clearly state in my complaint about the cancelled cashiers check endorsed "for deposit only Relocation and Storage" and an account number, Mr. Bruce did not address that issue.

Robert, Olympic Movers has their own history if scam complaints. They could have just told you that R&S neglected some information. However, I think you should file a complaint about R&S with both the FMCSA and the Texas Attorney General. Their license number is MC527421, which you will need for the FMCSA complaint, found at protectyourmove dot gov
