This company in NOT to be trusted. They lure you in with their too-good-to-be "rates" that they quote you over the phone, tell you that you're approved for a loan modification, give you your new rate, mortgage payement information, etc., then ask for you to pay $4,000.00 in up front “closing costs”. Being young, and clearly naïve, I chose to pay them. They stated multiple times (as did their paperwork), that they were supported by the government and approved to lend under the new HARP 2 program. Come to find out it was ALL a lie and a scam. After they received my money, they stopped calling and responding to emails. It was impossible to get in touch with them, and when you finally called and got an actual human on the phone, they would tell you that “some else would need to call you back”. They are thieves that take advantage of people in need, who are just trying to do the right thing. It's both sickening and disheartening.
